LATE POLICY
If you arrive late without prior notice, your session time will be shortened to accommodate the rest of the day schedule. If you’re running late, please call or text me as soon as possible. If I have advanced notice, I may be able to extend her adjust your appointment. I understand that life can be unpredictable at times.
if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled.
CANCELLATION POLICY
24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. The timestamp of the phone call, text message or email received will be used to determine the timing of the cancellation or rescheduling request. If you need to cancel within 24 hours, your appointment must be rescheduled within seven days of the original appointment. Otherwise it will need to be paid for or you will lose your prepaid series session.
Same-day cancellations will be charged the full appointment amount (no-show/no call)
I reserved the right to dismiss any clients who does not respect my time or policies.
